RF
Engineers: - Minimum Three (3) years of recent experience in Radio network
design, implementation and/or optimization on CDMA or GSM systems. - Able to collect and analyze drive data and performance statistics
for CDMA or GSM - Good knowledge of OSS - Minimum One (1) year of recent experience in Radio network design,
implementation and/or optimization on UMTS systems. - Experience in working with different services - CS, PS - Experience in tuning a loaded network - Able to collect and analyze drive data and performance statistics
for UMTS - Able to make technical recommendations to improve UMTS system
performance (Design changes, parameter settings, feature activation
based on both DT data and stats, and etc.) - Familiar with planning tools such as Aircom Asset3G, TCP
- Familiar with ACP (Automatic Cell Planning) tools such as
RadioPlan, Arieso - Familiar with optimization tools such as TEMS, Actix - Able to perform systems and acceptance tests for UMTS to ensure
the deliverables meet the project requirements - Proficient with MapInfo - Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Able to coordinate activities of multiple drive teams, acts as
single point of contact for drive teams
BTS O&M Engineers: - 4-5 years of Experience in Operations /
Maintenance/Installation/Commissioning of RBS 2102, 2202, 2302, 2206
GSM equipment - Experience in Integrating the RBS with the BSC - Troubleshooting of stand alone RBS using OMT - Configuration and installation of IDB (Installation Data Base)
using the OMT - Operation and maintenance of RBS and Mini Link hops using OMT and
site Master - Monitoring of fault status of the RBS using the OMT
- Location of faulty cards/modules using OMT - Drive testing and other RF measurements - Commissioning of new RBS? and integrating it to the live network - Monitoring of internal and external alarms using OMT - Troubleshooting of T1 link to bring site on air
Switch O&M Engineers: - Should be an Expert in AXE 10 Hardware Maintenance in GSM AXE 10 Operations Handling in GSM - Need to Support for BSC and BTS site integration - Perform Data Translations - Proficient in Alarm handling using Winfiol, OSS, ALEX - Expert knowledge of MSC APZ 212 33 R9.1& BSC , APZ 212 30 R10 with
AXE 810 hardware, APG40C, OSS, ALEX Configuration and
troubleshooting - Mobile IN Overview - IN Operation and Maintenance.
SGSN Engineers: - Perform Configuration Management of SGSNs including BSC
integration, SS7 configurations towards STPs, IPconfiguration
towards routers or Ethernet switches towards SGSNs and O&M network,
security management, and event recording. - Routine GPRS Node Maintenance, node backups and health checks for
all GPRS core nodes, SGSNs and GGSNs. - Fault Management and performance measurement of SGSN and GGSN
nodes , statistical monitoring through CLI and Ericsson OSS - Session and Mobility management performance monitoring for attach
and PDP context failures and cause codes - Accounting Charging log management, CDR delivery mechanism and
charging data storage for SGSN based CDRs through PXM - Security Management of User access, administration and profiles
through PXM for the SGSN and through CLI for the GGSN.
IN Engineers: - Responsible for the modification of existing system routines,
creation of new and temporary routines and follow up. - Responsible for the system software and IN (Pre-Paid) Services. - Send/receive/follow up with trouble reports sent to the
supplier/customer. - Handle and follow up all escalated problems. - Distribute all new and upgraded documentation in accordance to SW,
HW and equipment. - Offer professional knowledge concerning system problems and
parameters configuration in SSP/SCP/SMAS/. - Prepare system plans for concerned systems. - Verify data transcripts installed and feature modifications
services required in the system SCP/SSF. - Produce Data Transcripts as required (e.g. parameter changes,
etc.) - Install and configure IN Services using SMAS. - Support technical interfaces with external network elements (e.g.
SMAS,MSC etc.) - Give priority to the CSR?s and trouble reports. These include the
incoming TR from the other system engineers, and participate in all
new system upgrades. - Offer expert knowledge concerning system problems in SCP/SCP/. - Support technical interfaces and tools with external equipment,
i.e., SMS, PRIMUS etc. Interpret switch statistical reports like processor load, traffic
recording, etc. - Should have good knowledge of AXE platform and software - System Engineer Level with GSM/IN system experience not less than
3 - 4 years. Good Knowledge on APG40 is required. Expert in AXE 10 Hardware Maintenance in GSM AXE 10 Operation Handling in GSM AXE 10 O&M Platform in GSM AXE 10 Survey CME 20 Advanced System Technique APG ? IOG 20 Configuration and troubleshooting
Software Engineer: (Job code ATSE 1006):
Analyze, design, test & maintain software applications and provide user support.
